# Crusader Kitchen ordering and pickup guide

## Who can order?

Cathedral Prep students, staff and faculty can order through the Prep portal. Everyone else can use the general public portal.

## How to order

1. [Choose your portal](https://crusaderkitchen.sebrium.com/#order-options).
2. Enter contact details, fulfillment choice, pickup window and special instructions.
3. Choose weekly prepared meals or À La Carte items by the pound. Quarter-pound increments are available; items without confirmed prices cannot be ordered.
4. Review the final price and submit the order.

## Deadline

Order by Wednesday at 11:59 PM Eastern (America/New_York) for the following pickup week. The live site shows the current deadline and whether ordering is open.

## Pickup

Prepared meals and À La Carte items are available for pickup. Choose the window shown for your portal. Cathedral Prep student windows match lunch periods; staff and faculty can select from both periods.

## Pricing and payment

Prepared meal pricing has separate student, staff/faculty and public tiers. À La Carte prices are per pound and the same in both portals. The final order review shows prices before submission. The order review shows your payment option. When online checkout is available, pay securely through Stripe to confirm your order; choose cash to pay at pickup.

## Allergies and nutrition

Use the special instructions and allergies field when ordering. Confirm meal suitability before relying on it. Descriptions are not complete allergen statements. Nutrition values may be calculated from recipes or estimated from standard portions. Labels identify estimates; actual values can vary.

## Email receipts

After submitting an order, use “Email this receipt” on the confirmation page to send a receipt to the email address entered in the order.

## Missing school and meal credits

If you are absent from school, including on Friday, and miss your school meal, you receive a credit for one meal toward the following week’s order. Text Vinny at (646) 812-2437 with your name, order number and the missed day so he can record your credit.

Contact Vinny before submitting your next weekly order. Have him confirm the credit and how it will be applied. If more than one meal is affected, ask him to confirm the credits. For late pickup or changed plans, contact Vinny to arrange what to do.
